Membership Requirements

To become a Corporate Member, your business must meet the following requirements:

• Have or establish a supplier diversity program

• Report annually aggregate dollar purchases from MBEs

• Promote business opportunities for MBEs

• Designate a representative as a point of contact

• Participate in the local activities of the D/FW MSDC

• Commit to an annual support level:
  
  
  • Corporations, Businesses, & Institutions over 1000 Employees - $3,500
  • Corporations, Businesses, & Institutions over 500 - 1000 Employees - $2,500
  • Corporations, Businesses, & Institutions over less than 500 Employees - $2,500
  • Construction/Architectural/Engineering Firms Annual Receipts more than $100 million - $3,500
  • Construction/Architectural/Engineering Firms Annual Receipts more than $10 million - $2,500
  • Public Entities - $1,500
